  1. We operate a concession trailer and are wondering if you have all the food vendors for this event?

    Thanks, Julie Bauer

  2. Hi, my friends and I are thinking of visiting Saline during your Oktoberfest but we are not finding any place to stay in Saline. Are there any local owned motel/hotels that are in Saline or near it (but not in Ann Arbor)? Thank you!

    • Hello Alicia. We would love for you all to visit Saline during Oktoberfest. The closest hotels are off of State Street near Briarwood Mall, which is on the south side of Ann Arbor. It is about 6-7 miles from Downtown Saline. We hope to have accommodations here in Saline some day!

  3. Hi I am interested in attending your event as a food vendor. Do you accept outside food vendors? How do we obtain additional information?

    • I’m sorry. We have very limited room for food vendors and our downtown restaurants are given the opportunity first, along with local organizations. Thank you for contacting us. Please email director@salinemainstreet.org and give him your contact information and information about what you do, and we will add it to the list for future reference.

    • Hi Dawn, Please find the information for the Wiener dog races on the Wiener dog tab. It is $10 to register online and $15 on site. Hope to see you there!

  4. Last year you sold tickets for the Golden Keg, which included entry (and not waiting in a longer line), and a mug. There is no mention of tickets that I can find on this website. People are wondering about buying tickets ahead of time – ?

    • Thank you for your message. We are not selling advance tickets this year. We are opening an hour earlier and managing entry a lot different to aid in quicker entry. The mugs will be available on site for sale ($10) and include the pour from the Tapping of the Golden Keg ceremony.

  5. Is the entertainment located in the same location for Friday and Saturday evening? Also, can you bring your own chairs into that location?

    • There really won’t be room for additional chairs on Friday night. We expect a packed crowd. There should be plenty of chairs on Saturday in the event area. Maybe put your chairs in your car just in case?

    • There are chairs provided, but you will need to arrive early since the crowd is usually very large on Friday night. Thank you for considering coming!
